Reuben Comprehensive Cancer Centres
In March 2005, The Reuben Foundation opened a Comprehensive Breast Health Centre in the presence of the wife of the President of the State of Israel. The Centre is involved in research, diagnosis, treatment and counselling and is one of the largest in the area servicing both the Jewish and Arab Communities.
On October 12 2008, The Reuben Foundation Comprehensive Breast Care Centre was inaugurated in the presence of President Shimon Peres, at the Linn Medical Centre in Haifa, Israel. The Centre will also service the surrounding areas of Haifa and will cater to all communities including the Christian, Muslim and Baha'i populations in the surrounding villages.
The Reuben Foundation continues to take an active role in combating cancer in the UK and abroad.
