The Reuben Business Faculty at Oxford Spires Academy
The Reuben Foundation has agreed to fund the establishment of a major new business education facility at Oxford Spires Academy. Oxford Spires Academy, a CfBT Schools Trust Academy, serves the East Oxford community and is a richly diverse and highly aspiring Academy which offers an excellent, inspiring education to boys and girls aged 11 to 19. The new Reuben Business Faculty will give students the opportunity to learn about the business world and widen their educational experience. The Reuben Foundation has agreed to equip the building with ICT equipment, a business style break out area and staff offices. The new build is planned to be ready for students in September 2013.
Sue Croft, Principal at Oxford Spires Academy said: “We are absolutely delighted and overwhelmed by the contribution from the Reuben brothers and their Foundation. This will make such an improved teaching and learning space for the students of Oxford Spires Academy and assist us in our goal of enabling each student to exceed his or her potential and be the best they can be. We aim to produce aspiring business people, like the Reuben brothers, from the faculty.”
Wendy Woodcock, Director of Schools at, CfBT Education Trust agreed: “This donation is extremely generous and inspiring. On behalf of CfBT Schools Trust and Oxford Spires Academy we would like to say a huge thank you to the Reuben Foundation”.

We hope that with our support the new business faculty will expand and enhance the educational experience of the students and allow each to realise his or her potential”.
